Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BattleCast (the "Service"), a live-streaming battle overlay tool. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1The Service

BattleCast is an independent software tool that displays automated overlay graphics — such as MVP call-outs, battle timers, booster detection, live battle stats and personalized entrance videos — in your streaming software (for example TikTok LIVE Studio) via a browser source. The Service is provided by the operator of pktok.com.

2Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3Fees, free access & plans

The Service is currently offered free of charge, with no credit card required, during an introductory promotional period.

From 1 November 2026 the Service moves to a trial-and-subscription model. Every account then receives a one-off trial credit of 6 hours of full access, with every feature included:

• the clock only runs while you are actually live — it does not run down in the background;
• the credit does not expire, so it is still there if you set the Service up at a later date;
• if the credit runs out during a broadcast, that broadcast finishes normally;
• when the credit is used up, your account, your settings and your uploaded videos remain — only the overlay stops until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.

After the trial credit, continued use of the overlay requires a paid subscription: Normal at €15 per month or €135 per year, and VIP at €20 per month or €180 per year. The annual price is the price of nine months: you pay for 9 months and get 12.

Prices are stated in euro and are presented to you before any charge applies. We activate a subscription manually after payment, usually within a few hours. We will announce any change to prices or to these payment terms in advance.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own; or
• use the Service in any way that violates the terms of the streaming platforms you broadcast on.

5Third-party platforms

The Service works alongside third-party streaming platforms and software. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are solely responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, any third-party platform.

6Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, graphics, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, your trial credit, or the current free period. Content you upload (for example entrance videos) remains yours; you grant us the limited right to host and display it as needed to provide the Service.

7Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome, result, or increase in engagement or earnings.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the applicable laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
