A leaderboard answers the question every streamer gets asked on stream: who is at the top right now? PKTOK's Top gifters widget puts that list on your overlay and keeps it current, so you can read names off the screen instead of scrolling your dashboard mid-conversation.
What it does
The widget ranks the viewers who have sent gifts in the running broadcast and shows the top five. Each row carries the position number, the viewer's profile picture, their display name, their @ handle underneath, and their coin total for this stream. The order updates on its own as the totals change.
The list is per broadcast. It starts empty when you go live and never carries yesterday's ranking into today's stream — which is the behaviour you want when you thank people by name, because the person at the top is the person who is in the room now.
Two related widgets exist if a five-row list is more than you need. Today's top gifter shows only the number one as a single hero card with their picture, and Biggest gift highlights the largest single gift of the broadcast rather than a cumulative ranking. All three read the same data, so they always agree with each other.
What it looks like
A list card: a small eyebrow label at the top, then five compact rows. Names that consist entirely of invisible characters — a real thing on TikTok — fall back to the @ handle, so a row is never blank. The card comes in the three PKTOK looks (neon, minimal, cute) with an optional animated mode, set for the channel or overridden for this widget alone.
Rows are patched in place rather than redrawn, so avatars do not reload and the list does not flicker when a total changes — which on a leaderboard can be every few seconds.
How to set it up
- Open the Widgets page in your PKTOK dashboard.
- Copy the link from the Top gifters card:

- Drag the source to the size you want. Widgets are free-form — a leaderboard usually wants to be taller than it is wide.
It refreshes roughly every two seconds. Off air it shows a waiting card instead of a finished stream's ranking. The link carries your dashboard language, so the labels appear in the language you copied it in.
During a PK battle
The leaderboard keeps counting through battles, so it is the widget that tells you who has carried the whole session rather than the last five minutes. That makes it a useful companion to the battle-specific widgets: Battle supporters shows both sides' top supporters inside the running round and goes quiet between battles, while the leaderboard never resets mid-session.
The practical use is the one everyone discovers eventually: at the end of a long battle series you want to thank people by name, in order, without guessing. Read the card.
FAQ
How many places does the leaderboard show?
Five. If you only want the single top supporter, use the Today's top gifter widget instead — it is a separate browser source with a larger card.
Does it show coins or money?
Coins — the same unit TikTok uses for gifts. PKTOK's Statistics page converts totals to currency for your own records; the overlay widget deliberately shows coins, because that is what viewers see on their side.
Does the ranking carry over between streams?
No. Each broadcast has its own leaderboard, and it starts empty when you go live.
Can I run the leaderboard and the goal bar at the same time?
Yes. Every widget is its own browser source, so you can run as many as your scene has room for — they all read the same live data and cost nothing extra.
